Waiting periods, exclusions and claims
What happens when a covered member dies?
You contact us straight away on 033 342 1278 or WhatsApp. We confirm the membership, collect your family member, and provide the funeral service set out in your scheme. Full claim steps will be listed here before launch.
Can I add more people to my plan?
Yes. Additional members are R25 each, on top of the number your scheme already covers.
Is this insurance?
No. It is a funeral plan, a membership scheme run by MFS that provides a funeral service, not a cash insurance policy. If that ever changes, the insurer and their details would be shown here.
